# REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at {tabletbay.shop}. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

## 1. Return Window
You have {30} days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

## 2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
* It must be in the same condition that you received it.
* It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
* It must have all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
* It must be in its original packaging.
* You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

## 3. How to Start a Return

* Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
* If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 
* Items sent back to us without prior return confirmation will not be accepted.

## 4. Return Shipping Fees
* If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item received), we will cover the return shipping costs.
* If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., size doesn't fit, changed mind, color preference), the customer will be responsible for paying all return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

## 5. Damages, Defective, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within {48 hours} of receipt at {susacijicul30@gmail.com} so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

## 6. Non-Returnable Items

## 7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

## 8. Refunds Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
* Please allow {7 to 10} business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
